These terms and conditions govern the rules for using the www.quickbar.it website ("Site") and the free or paid services offered by Bagu Innovation Srl (also "www.quickbar.it"), registered office in Castelfidardo - Via Che Guevara, 79 / b - VAT registration number 02684310424.
Order
By placing an online order, the User sends a purchase proposal to www.quickbar.it for the products placed in the shopping cart. When the User places an online order for the products placed in the shopping cart, he agrees to buy them at the price and terms under these General Conditions of Sale. 5.2 Users accept that the purchased service enable the Users to stream the video without limits for a not default number of times under User discretion, but only within the limits of the website

Website and all the web pages, technologies and platform, ideas, logos, brands, graphics design, texts, audio/video files and other connected to the Website services are and shall remain properties of Bagu Innovation Srl so they can not be reproduced or used by Users.
7. Limitations of liability
User accepts and agrees that www.quickbar.it can not be held responsible for delays or malfunctions about website performance depending on events beyond the www.quickbar.it reasonable control such as of example: (i) force majeure events; (ii) events dependent on third parties, such as, for example, the interruption or malfunction of the telecommunications operators services or power lines; (iii) User's communication systems malfunctions.
In the event of services interruption, www.quickbar.it undertakes to restore it to proper functioning as soon as possible.
8 Applicable law and jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms of Service shall to be governed by and construed under the laws of the Italian Republic.
8.2 Any lawsuit between www.quickbar.it and Users arising from or related to the use of the website and services concerning the interpretation, validity or execution of this contract shall be brought exclusively before the Court of Ancona, and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction of such court.
8.3 If any provision of this contract is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired thereby
